Summary:We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the role ofBusiness Development Executiveon the direct payroll of a semi-government bank. This branch + field role involves assisting customers, promoting health insurance products, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

• Handle and assist walk-in customers at the bank branch with professionalism and efficiency
  
• Communicate, pitch, and educate customers about health insurance products and their benefits
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and local stakeholders
  
• Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities through field visits and outreach
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide on-the-spot training to customers
