Job summary

The Retail Jeweller Magazine in Mumbai is seeking a Business Development Executive with strong English communication skills to manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up with clients, and support daily calling operations.

The role requires a graduate in Commerce and at least 1.5 years of telecalling experience, with proficiency in MS Excel. Fluency in English is essential; Hindi and Marathi are a plus. This is a work-from-office, general shift position based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Commerce/B.com/Bachelors Degree)
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in inbound and/or outbound telecalling roles.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Excel basic formulas, data entry, and report formatting.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing and new clients.
• Proactively follow up with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead generation - convert leads into sales.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, events) to upscale and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records, call logs, and follow-up details in MS Excel.
• Generate basic MIS reports, including call metrics and conversion summaries.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and help deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
