Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Graduate Freshers for the role of Business Development Executive on the direct payroll of a semi-government bank in Odisha. This is a high-impact, customer-facing position that combines branch-based service with active field engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial inclusion by promoting health insurance products to walk-in customers and conducting on-site visits to generate new business. Responsibilities

• Handle and assist walk-in customers at the bank branch with professionalism and efficiency
• Communicate, pitch, and educate customers about health insurance products and their benefits
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and local stakeholders
• Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities through field visits and outreach
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide on‑the‑spot training to customers
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on business goals and customer needs
• Visit client locations for product information, follow‑ups, and deal closure

Note: This is a Branch + Field Sales role requiring regular travel across assigned zones.
