Job summary

Global University Systems (GUS) is an international education group that enables students to transform their lives through education. We seek a Business Developer Coordinator to coordinate visa processes, admissions status, and timely responses.

You will work closely with the Admissions Department, manage mailboxes, and prepare stakeholder reports. Fluent English, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream with 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint expected.

Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to students and agents to obtain visa appointment/status details.
• Coordinate with Admissions for application status and urgent cases.
• Manage the Application Support Team mailboxes and respond to queries promptly.
• Prepare and circulate reports to Agents and Business Developers.
• Undertake additional duties as required by the line manager.

Key Responsibilities

• To make outgoing calls to the students and agents to obtain the status with regards to visa appointments, missing application documents, tuition fee and visa outcome details.
• Coordinating with the Admissions Department for obtaining students’ application status and ensuring all the urgent cases are answered / executed in time.
• Managing the Application Support Team mailboxes in a professional manner so that all queries are handled on time every time.
• Preparing and circulating the reports to all stakeholders including but not limited to Agents and Business Developers.
• The candidate may be required to undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements at the request of their line manager.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in any stream and a relevant work experience of 3-4 years.
• Experience with Salesforce – Desired but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
