Job summary

Stimulus Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru invites a Business Development professional to drive growth through lead generation, account qualification, and managing client relations. You will create compelling proposals and maintain essential BD databases to support sales targets.

You will also prepare reports, ensure timely payment follow-ups, and report to the Business Partner (Learning & OD) to help meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development/sales in HR consulting is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
