Job summary

Gharpayy in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive accommodation bookings, qualify leads, and grow our inventory. You’ll make daily calls, coordinate property visits, and present our value to tenants and PG owners, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

You’ll collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and maximize conversions, build relationships with customers, and contribute to a fast-growing platform that provides safe, well-designed spaces for urban renters.

Responsibilities

• Make daily sales calls to engage leads, understand customer requirements, and close accommodation bookings.
• Manage property listings and coordinate site visits between customers and property managers.
• Present Gharpayy's value proposition to tenants and PG owners.
• Convert leads into customers through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
• Identify and onboard new properties to expand Gharpayy's inventory.
• Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to improve campaigns and maximize lead conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including leads, closures, and customer feedback.
