Job summary

Creative Upaay invites final-year students and recent graduates (BBA/MBA or technical streams) to join a sales-oriented program. Learn to build relationships, handle objections, persist, and close deals in a practical, human-centered environment where revenue and outcomes matter.

You will receive a fixed monthly stipend, incentives on every deal closed, and paid trips with sponsored family dinners upon hitting targets.

Creative Upaay is company which builds AI Native Products for Businesses and Startups in industries like Ed-Tech, Visa Immigration, Government Tender Processing, Law Firms and Wellness. We have worked with 85+ Brands Globally in more than 7+ Countries.

What we're looking for:

• Current final year / recent graduate (Preferrably BBA / MBA or any technical stream)
• Understands sales isn't a PPT, it's human relationship, following up, objection handling, overcoming rejection, persistence, and closing deals
• Someone who prefer showing revenue numbers rather than number of calls taken
• Sharp observation skills - you learn by watching, absorbing, and doing
• Comfortable around tech (not expert, just curious)
• Is more "let's try it" than "I dont know how that works"
• If you are available for minimum 4-6 Months
