Job summary

Capgemini in Pune, India is seeking an experienced Business Unit Controller to partner with business and account teams, manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and provide strategic financial insights to drive growth.

You will ensure IFRS 15 compliance, analyze financial statements and metrics, and collaborate with PMO, sales, and finance to optimize profitability. Strong English communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in controlling, reporting, or business finance.
• Experience in IT/Consulting or international companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15.
• Good understanding of financial statements and business metrics.
• Strong communication skills (English).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
