Job summary

ACURA SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a Relationship Manager - Business Banking (BBRM) in Vadodara to source high value business banking accounts and manage the associated portfolio. You will assist clients with working capital, OD/CC/BG/Forex products and cross-sell liability products such as fixed deposits and savings accounts.

You will maintain service standards with the support team and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to generate new leads for clients who are new to

Qualifications

• Ability to source High Value Business Banking Accounts.
• Thorough knowledge of Current Account/Trade Account opening/transaction processes.
• Strong communication skills with assertive attitude.
• Knowledge of Trade, Forex and Business Assets.
• Strong follow up ability and keenness.
• Ability to spot opportunities in the portfolio for Upselling/Xselling bank products.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing of New to Bank business banking accounts & Managing the Business Banking portfolio assigned.
• Assisting the clients business with different business banking products like Working capital, OD/CC/BG/Term Loans/Forex/etc.
