Job summary

Digantara in Bengaluru is seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst to drive insights for aerospace and defence markets. You will conduct primary and secondary research, analyze trends, and support strategic decision-making with clear, structured findings.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to produce compelling reports and presentations for cross-functional teams. This is an in-office, full-time opportunity in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in market research, consulting, business analysis, strategy, defence, aerospace, investment research, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities with ability to develop clear, structured, decision-oriented insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
  • Exposure to aerospace, defence, space, or dual-use technology ecosystem is preferred.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes, public sector programs, or defence contracting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, competitive developments, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyse government programs, budgets, and strategic initiatives relevant to space surveillance, defence, and commercial space markets.
  • Research procurement processes, regulatory frameworks, and licensing requirements across key geographies to identify opportunities and barriers.
  • Perform competitive analysis covering product capabilities, pricing strategies, partnerships, market positioning, and industry developments.
  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Product teams by providing market intelligence that informs go-to-market strategies and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop research reports, presentations, and strategic insights.
