Department: Client Servicing
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai
Shift timings:24*7 (6 am – 3 pm) (3 pm – 12 am) (10 pm – 7 am) (9 hours shift) (5 days working)
(Week Offs and Shift timings will be rotational as per business requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Operations Team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab
• Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management
• Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for implementation of strategies
• Efficiently handle customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries
• Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and the home team
• Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors, translators, and transcribers
• Handle client inquires via Emails, calls, and chats to provide an appropriate solution, thereby increasing business
• Dynamic work environment and the opportunity to work with individuals from varied academic and cultural backgrounds
• Opportunity to work in a niche and fast progressing industry
• Exposure to international markets spread across all major continents
