State Street’s Data & AI Office (DART) seeks an experienced BI/Analytics specialist in Hyderabad to design, develop, and govern enterprise dashboards and data solutions. You will work across Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Apps, and Power Automate to deliver scalable insights for Finance, Treasury, and Risk partners.

Qualifications

The Data & AI Office (DART) Team delivers strategic data, automation, and analytics solutions for Finance, Treasury, and Risk partners while managing critical enterprise data repositories. This role is responsible for the end-to-end solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. The position leverages technologies such as Power Platform, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Spotfire to build scalable and efficient solutions that drive business insights and operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include ensuring data quality, implementing security controls, and partnering closely with stakeholders to meet business objectives. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of Business Intelligence or Analytics development experience, strong SQL expertise, and a solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire.
• Develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports that meet the business requirements.
• Schedule reports and automate report generation for timely delivery of business insights.
• Create Data Quality (DQ) checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity in BI solutions.
• Develop parameter-based reports to enable on-demand data loading and analysis.
• Implement row-level security to ensure appropriate data access and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data modeling, integration, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions for improved performance and scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of BI solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
• Create and manage complex SQL queries and views to support data analysis and reporting needs.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and automation solution development using Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Demonstrated success in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality analytics and automation solutions that meet business requirements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and business teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in report scheduling, data quality validation, parameter-driven reporting, and row-level security implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex query development, data analysis, and view creation.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, data modeling, and ETL processes.
