Job summary

State Street Bengaluru is seeking a Reporting and Analytics professional to support its Global Human Resources function. You will provide timely HR data reporting and analyses to identify trends and guide global business decisions through Tableau-based dashboards and clear visualizations.

The role partners with HR CoEs, HRBPs, and business leaders to optimize reporting processes, maintain governance, and deliver insights across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Management is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of HR reporting and analysis experience and driving continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on Tableau reporting experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to explain insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Good to have knowledge of Databricks.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a self‑motivated, energetic Reporting and Analytical professional to join our Global Human Resources (GHR) Workforce Analytics and Insights Team. The Analyst will support the continued evolution of the reporting function. The Analyst is responsible for providing timely and high-quality reporting and analysis on related HR data that will help identify trends and provide guidance that will drive global business decisions. The Analyst will partner with the internal teams to continue improving reporting processes and optimizing reporting delivery solution to support State Street strategies. This person will also support technology‑based platforms, functionality implementation and maintenance.

Major Responsibilities
  • Establish collaborative relationship with internal clients including HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), corporate function and business leaders
  • Provide analyses, data interpretation, and presentation; manage all phases of reporting projects
  • Design and develop metrics, intuitive reports/ dashboards, and effective visual aids that result in actionable insights
  • Document/ update reporting processes. Proactively identify opportunities to drive reporting standardization and optimize reporting delivery solution. Make recommendation on improvements to organizational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and resources in an effort to remove roadblocks, foster strong communication, and review optimal resolutions to common challenges
  • Build and maintain HR Data Governance Structure and Dictionary for HR
  • Create connection with HR analyst community on an on‑going basis. Support HR analyst community to leverage expertise and share knowledge and best practices across Global HR
  • Manage ad‑hoc reporting and analysis need
  • Participate in team projects as needed
Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree - Field of study in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Management a plus.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in performing HR reporting and analysis and driving continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge and Hands on experience of reporting in Tableau.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate reporting and analytical insights to a non‑technical audience.
  • Thrives in a fast pace, constantly changing environment; can adapt plans due to changes in priorities and/ or clients objectives.
  • Proven ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
  • Good to have knowledge on Databricks.
