IntraEdge, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong banking background focused on commercial cards.

The role requires close collaboration with risk, legal, compliance, operations, and technology teams to translate product strategies into precise requirements and data-driven solutions. Candidates should have 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in banking, excellent communication, and proficiency in documenting end-to-end processes and data flows for scalable deployments

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.
• Experience with commercial banking and treasury products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to translate product strategy into clear requirements and user stories.

Responsabilités

• Lead business analysis for commercial banking and treasury products, translating strategy into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and integration specs.
• Map end-to-end processes and data flows, document client journeys, data lineage, controls and dependencies for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Technology to support governance, UAT, pilots and product launches.
• Act as cross-functional liaison leveraging expertise in financial services and Agile delivery to deliver data-driven solutions.

Total experience: 7+ years as Business Analyst & Strong Communication Skills

• Lead business analysis for commercial banking and treasury products, translating product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration specifications across systems and vendors.
• Drive end-to-end process and data flow mapping, documenting client journeys, data lineage, controls, dependencies, and operational workflows to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to support governance, audit readiness, UAT, pilot programs, and successful product launches.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison, leveraging expertise in financial services, requirements management, process optimization, Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver client-ready, data-driven solutions.
