Job summary

Hiring Squad seeks a Consultant / AM to lead UAT for Financial Reporting in Gurgaon (and Chennai). You will prepare UAT plans, test scripts, and schedules, and coordinate with Finance, Reporting, Data, Change, and Technology teams.

You will manage test execution, defects, and business sign-off, ensuring reporting solutions meet business requirements and governance standards in complex financial environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAT, Test Management, or Business Testing in Financial Services.
• Experience in Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Regulatory Reporting, or Reporting Change.
• Knowledge of test planning, test execution, defect management, and business validation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, governance, and delivery skills.
• Experience in complex and regulated financial environments.
