Job summary

Spectral Consultants is hiring for a Business Analyst specializing in securities trading, asset transfers and funds. The role requires 7+ years of banking experience and Temenos T24/Transact expertise to bridge Front Office, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Tech teams.

You will align global processes, lead workshops, support UAT and data migration, and collaborate with Temenos integrators to deliver a unified design across sites. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in banking as a BA or PM
• Expert Temenos T24/Transact for Wealth Management (securities trading, funds, fees and tax)
• Strong grasp of securities trading lifecycle, settlements and SWIFT/ISO 20022 messaging
• Proven experience writing BRDs/FSDs
• Hands-on UAT, SIT, SQL and API knowledge
• Nice to have: Aladdin/CTM exposure, STP and integration knowledge (MQ, Kafka), Agile (Scrum/Kanban), JIRA and Confluence
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Align processes across European and Asian sites into one common design
• Lead workshops, support UAT, go-live, data migration and user training
• Collaborate with Temenos and integrators on implementation

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years in banking as a Business Analyst and/or hands-on Project Manager
• Expert knowledge of Temenos T24/Transact for Wealth Management (securities trading, funds, fees and tax modules) (mandatory)
• Strong grasp of the securities trading lifecycle, settlements, and SWIFT/ISO 20022 messaging
• Proven experience writing BRDs/FSDs
• Hands‑on UAT, SIT, SQL and API knowledge
