Required Skills

• 6+ years experience
• Clear understanding or prior experience in media-related domains including media planning, campaign management, ad operations or media finance (good to have)
• Techno-functional expertise with experience in database models, data mapping and business applications
• Background in AI Automation, Process Automation/Optimisation, and ability to identify opportunities for workflow enhancement
• Experience working with ERP systems and performing functional consultancy tasks to support business process improvements
• Hands‑on experience using Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI for API testing, validation and documentation
• Ability to create clear and effective process flow diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io or Microsoft Visio
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with ERD tools and data modelling platforms to support business and technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
