Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Business Analyst-Process to optimize APAC sales processes through rigorous data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You will map and improve workflows, quantify benefits, and drive standardized solutions with governance frameworks.

The role collaborates with an Automation team to translate insights into executable automations, and to build dashboards that measure throughput, efficiency and business impact across the sales organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience conducting ROI or cost-benefit analyses to support process improvement business cases.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Salesforce and process mapping software (Visio, Miro).
  • Understanding of process improvement methodologies, governance models, and workflow automation concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Document, analyse and optimize business processes across Sales & Pursuits workflows.
  • Use data from Salesforce, Power BI and other systems to analyse process performance and bottlenecks.
  • Quantify improvement opportunities through cost-benefit analysis and ROI modelling.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and templates for scalable delivery.
  • Collaborate with Automation team to translate insights into executable automations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track process efficiency and impact.

The Business Analyst – Process drives efficiency and effectiveness across the APAC sales ecosystem by analysing, designing, and improving core business processes. The role combines process optimization with data analysis to identify gaps, quantify impact, and support scalable, standardized solutions. The role collaborates closely with stakeholders and the Automation Team to translate insights into practical improvements, enhancing sales programs, governance, and operational efficiency, while aligning with global best practices.

About the Role
  • Process Mapping & Analysis: Document, analyse and optimize business processes across Sales & Pursuits workflows, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Quantitative Process Analysis: Use data from Salesforce, Power BI and other systems to analyse process performance, cycle times and throughput to uncover trends and performance bottlenecks.
  • Business Case Development: Quantify improvement opportunities through cost-benefit analysis, ROI modelling and scenario analysis to support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Process Standardisation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates and frameworks that promote consistent and scalable delivery.
  • Automation Collaboration: Work closely with the Automation stream to translate process insights into executable workflow automations that reduce manual effort and increase consistency.
  • Performance Measurement: Work with the broader OGT to build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track process efficiency, throughput and business impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues, lead discovery sessions and recommend structured improvement actions.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain a centralized repository of process maps, governance documents and performance metrics to ensure transparency and repeatability.
About You
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable process insights.
  • Experience conducting ROI or cost-benefit analyses to support process improvement business cases.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Salesforce and process mapping software (e.g. Visio, Miro).
  • Understanding of process improvement methodologies, governance models, and workflow automation concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across diverse teams.
  • Attention to detail, structured documentation, and clear communication of process and data insights.
  • Curiosity, critical thinking and a proactive mindset focused on simplication and measurable impact.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Professional Services, or Sales Operations.
