Job summary

Winsoft Technologies India is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Mutual Fund domain experience to translate business requirements into practical functional solutions. You will gather and document requirements, create FSD, Use Cases, and user manuals, and coordinate with stakeholders across the SDLC.

You will lead demonstrations for clients, review test scenarios, and mentor project teams on functional understanding and quality governance. 3-6 years of hands-on BA experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on Business Analyst / Requirement Analyst experience.
• Strong and hands-on Mutual Fund domain experience - Mandatory.
• Good understanding of SDLC.
• Strong requirement gathering and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Visio / Draw.io, JIRA / Mantis.
• Good documentation and problem-solving skills.
• MS-SQL / basic database knowledge is a nice-to-have.
• Experience in leading or mentoring BA team members.
• Business Analyst certification.
