Job summary

Ralph Lauren seeks a Business Analyst to support Digital Workplace platforms, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. You will gather and analyze business requirements, coordinate issue resolution, and drive process improvements across these solutions.

You will work with Technology, Corporate Communications, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, manage operational support, and ensure needs are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Create BRDs/FRDs, SOPs, workflows, and knowledge materials.
• Coordinate UAT, test scenarios, and release readiness; manage changes and traceability.
• Support governance, permissions, site administration, and information architecture.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
• Track work items in Jira; monitor queues and ensure SLA adherence.

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Business Analyst to support our Digital Workplace platforms, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting platform operations, coordinating issue resolution, and driving business process improvements across Microsoft 365 solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with Technology, Corporate Communications, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, manage operational support, and ensure business needs are successfully delivered.

• Business Analysis, Governance & Documentation
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Digital Workplace initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and operational needs.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution recommendations.
• Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), workflow diagrams, process maps, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other business documentation.
• Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities to improve business processes, automate workflows, standardize operations, and enhance the overall user experience.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test scenarios, validate business requirements, and support release readiness and business adoption activities.
• Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle and ensure traceability from business requirements through implementation.
• Support SharePoint governance initiatives, including site lifecycle management, permissions, content governance, information architecture, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Document business processes, operational procedures, system configurations, issue resolutions, and platform enhancements to support ongoing operations and knowledge sharing.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, end-user documentation, and internal support materials to promote consistent processes and improve user adoption
• Support activities
• Manage and support ServiceNow incidents, service requests, and operational tickets related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Track, prioritize, and manage work items, enhancements, defects, and project tasks using Jira.
• Monitor support queues and ensure timely resolution of issues while meeting SLA expectations.
• Support SharePoint site administration, permissions management, access requests, and governance activities.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, application support, and vendor teams to resolve business and operational issues.
• Perform impact analysis for production issues and proposed platform changes.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Assist with platform upgrades, feature rollouts, and change implementations.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, or Digital Workplace platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and related collaboration technologies.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, business process analysis, user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating business solutions.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests, and operational support using ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management, issue tracking, Agile projects, and sprint planning.
• Understanding of SharePoint governance, permissions, site administration, and Microsoft 365 best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working in enterprise, cross-functional environments and collaborating with both business and technical teams
