About the role

Seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of a cutting-edge CPQ platform, ensuring alignment between product outcomes and technical architecture in a domain-critical Telecom environment. This role is key to reducing risk, enhancing scalability, and accelerating delivery in a cloud-native microservices context.

• Lead hiring and development of a high-proficiency Techno-Functional Product Owner specialized in Telecom and Access Quotation domain to drive the CPQ transformation program.
• Oversee design and delivery of a high-performance, scalable API-first, cloud-native microservices CPQ platform.
• Manage product and business outcomes focusing on value, usability, accuracy, and operational impact.
• Define and enforce technical boundaries including API design principles, microservice integration patterns, non-functional requirements, and data/event flow management.
• Collaborate closely with GPOs, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and technology changes.
• Champion user engagement through collecting feedback and usage analytics to enhance satisfaction with new and existing applications.
• Identify and address business challenges to streamline processes and fulfill business needs effectively.
• Lead application teams in conceptualizing and implementing innovative solutions to support business goals.
• Drive technical and transformation roadmaps in coordination with the Center of Excellence, including initiatives like GoToCloud, GoToDevOps, Test Automation, and Agile frameworks adoption.
• Ensure end-to-end quality of service; maintain close coordination with operations for new solution deployment.
• Contribute significantly to digital transformation projects, IT process improvements, and data digitization strategies.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to propose and assess solution implementation approaches.
• Develop business cases with measurable benefits and support decision-making on feature inclusion and requirement prioritization.
• Manage budgeting aspects including forecasting, tracking, and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships fostering a culture of trust, co-creation, and innovation across teams.
• Take ownership of team productivity and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to application teams comprising business analysts, developers, testers, and integrators.
• Coordinate with the Center of Excellence to integrate application teams and synchronize roadmaps for resource allocation.
• Share business knowledge within own team and across cross-functional groups to enhance collective expertise.
• Support recruitment and competency development initiatives focusing on technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
