Job summary

The iScale in Bengaluru is seeking a data analyst to analyze daily performance data, identify key trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement. You will support the Airobot product and technology teams with product analysis and quality assurance, and assist business teams with ad hoc reporting and customer performance analysis.

• Work experience in the Airline industry with understanding of travel document requirements.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive insights.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey findings and recommendations.
• Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
