Job summary

AU SMALL FINANCE BANK seeks a Business Analyst with strong experience in Consumer Banking Applications to drive requirement gathering, process improvement, and solution delivery across banking technology initiatives. Location: Mumbai (Onsite).

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories, BRDs/FRDs, process flows, and functional specs; collaborating with business, product, and technology teams; supporting UAT and project implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Mandatory experience in Consumer Banking Applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business analysis.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
