Job summary

TravClan in India is seeking a Business Analyst to empower stakeholders across teams with advanced data techniques to solve business problems and drive decisions.

You will build daily, weekly and monthly reports and dashboards, write complex SQL against production databases, and partner with product and business teams to translate analysis into growth actions. A startup mindset is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years in Business Analysis, Data Analysis or a similar role, and be able to break business problems into clear metrics.
• Be proficient in SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions) and skilled at building dashboards and reports.
• Have built funnels or cohorts, and be comfortable using AI tools day to day (drafting SQL, automating analysis).

Responsibilities

• Run regular data health checks and maintain data quality across sources
• Decompose open‑ended business problems into metric trees, diagnose root causes, and recommend quantified interventions
• Partner with business and product functions to turn analysis into growth actions and measure the impact

Requirements

• Is not comfortable with a 6‑day work week (including Saturdays)

Compensation & Benefits

Annual CTC: INR 8 to 15 LPA

Career Path

• Associate: 7‑14 LPA
• Manager: 14‑25 LPA
• Head: 25‑40 LPA
• GM/Director: 40‑50 LPA

Location & Working Hours

Office Location – Connaught Place, Delhi

Work Timings – 9:30 am until work is done. Expect 10‑12 hours per day.
