Base Pay Range

Role: Business Analyst (On‑Site, India)

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with cross‑functional stakeholders (product, engineering, sales, customer success) and convert business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze transactional and product data to identify trends, root causes, and growth opportunities; build actionable dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Map, document, and optimize end‑to‑end business processes and workflows to reduce cycle time and improve SLA compliance.
• Coordinate and execute UAT and regression testing; validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and track defects to closure.
• Support backlog prioritization and sprint planning with product and engineering teams; ensure feature releases meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Produce crisp functional documentation—process flows, requirement traceability, release notes, and KPI definitions—to maintain alignment across teams.
