Job summary

ThoughtWin - A CMMI Level 3 Company in Jaipur seeks a Business Analyst with 4-8 years of experience to translate customer needs into clear requirements and workable solutions. The role is hands-on, bridging business and IT teams across domains.

You will design integrated solutions, map processes, and support scoping, reviews, and testing using Confluence and Jira in Agile environments. Strong technical foundation with SQL and familiarity with C#/Java is a plus.

Job Description

• Reflect customer needs by assembling business documents and technical requirements.
• Advise customers based on product capabilities and methodologies, applying reuse where applicable.
• Design holistic and integrated high-level solutions that fit customers business needs, production operability and budget.
• Participate in and/or lead formal and informal reviews with key partners, applying knowledge and experience while providing technical perspective and support.
• Communicate new details of new solutions and their impact on business processes to customers business and IT personnel.
• Ensure that the customer understands the solution and receives responses to all open questions and action items.
• Support the customer during the scoping phase in a specific domain up through and including customer sign off.
• Support the resolution of configuration/implementation-related issues when they arise.
• Prepare solution-related documents and specifications.
• Configure the solution, followed by the creation, execution, and maintenance of accurate and detailed test plans for applicable testing.

Key Skills

• Customer-facing experience ability to communicate using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on).
• Ability to plan strategically, as well as translate into implementation plan for organization.
• Sound knowledge of process mapping and process optimization.
• Wide knowledge of relevant products and Business processes.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, etc., and Agile Practices.
• Experience with Advanced Planning Systems would be an advantage.
• Good Technical understanding and usage of SQL / C# / Java tools would be an advantage.
