Job summary

The role requires strong Excel, stakeholder management, UAT support, and experience with ERP systems. The candidate will analyze processes, prepare user stories, and ensure accurate reconciliation reporting in a fast-paced finance

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis and finance reconciliation.
• Experience in gathering requirements and BRD preparation.
• Proficient in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong ability to define and validate reconciliation rules.
• Experience in exception management and root cause analysis.
• Stakeholder management and UAT support.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Finance Reconciliation to act as a bridge between Finance Operations and Technology teams. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, reconciliation analysis, exception management, UAT support, stakeholder management, and finance control governance.
