Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the full software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) for ERP, RFQ software, and enterprise SaaS platform implementations.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for enterprise clients to diagnose operational challenges and collaborate with internal IT teams for resolution.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business processes, requirements, and pain points.
• Configure software modules as per client-specific requirements and business rules.
• Design functional requirement, project plan, test cases, and execute UAT cycles in coordination with end-users and business stakeholders.
• Conduct manual testing of software modules to validate functionality, usability, and data accuracy.

Desired Skills

• ERP or enterprise SaaS platform knowledge (implementation experience preferred)
• Strong stakeholder communication and management.
• Advanced MS Excel, Power Point, Project Management, Knowledge of AI Tools and prompts.
