Job summary

Schaeffler GLOBAL SERVICES INDIA PVT LTD is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear user stories, analyze processes, and support agile delivery across media and connected solutions.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and IT teams, maintain the backlog in Jira/Confluence, and ensure acceptance criteria, testing scenarios, and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in digital or enterprise IT environments.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering, process analysis, and backlog preparation.
• Experience working with Agile teams, product owners, and technical delivery teams.
• Ability to structure complex topics and communicate clearly across business and IT stakeholders.
• Good understanding of enterprise systems such as eCommerce, CMS, PIM, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in B2B eCommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs, process requirements, and pain points related to medias and connected solutions.
• Translate business and IT requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support definition and refinement of acceptance criteria with Product Owner, architects, and engineers.
• Maintain backlog quality and support sprint preparation and refinement.
• Document processes, requirements, decisions, and dependencies in Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate requirement clarifications across business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.
• Support impact analysis for changes affecting frontend, CMS, integrations, operations, and support processes.
• Prepare functional test scenarios and support UAT preparation and defect follow-up.
• Support release readiness by ensuring requirements, documentation, and acceptance status are transparent.
• Help identify requirement gaps, risks, and cross-team dependencies early.
• Use Jira and Confluence for transparent delivery management, documentation, technical decisions, and knowledge sharing across internal teams and implementation partners.
