Job summary

AU SMALL FINANCE BANK seeks a Business Analyst – CRM to lead requirements, design and deployment of CRM solutions (Dynamics/CRM Next) across Retail/Commercial banking processes in Jaipur or Mumbai.

You will map business processes to CRM capabilities, work in Agile teams, and ensure integration and deployment with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of IT experience, preferably in banks.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder management.
• Understand integration methodologies and map business processes to CRM platforms.
• Able to prepare project plans and prioritize based on impact.
• CRM development framework and deployment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge in architecting, planning, testing, and deploying of CRM solutions like Dynamics/CRM Next.
• Good working knowledge of implementation, integration and deployment of CRM solutions.
• Experience in defining technical architecture and software components for CRM.
• Experience working in Agile processes.
• Able to map business processes to core CRM platform capabilities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Relevant Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in IT preferable in banks.

Competencies

• Experience of Banking (Retail or Commercial)
• Experience in the IT industry with strong background in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management.
• Should understand different integration methodologies.
• Should be able to prepare overall project plan for execution of projects and prioritize based on those with large impact or horizontal level impact.
• Break Complex ideas down into concise and effective requirements.

Review Business User Stories, undertake gap analysis and prepare BRDs/Solution Documents/Approach Documents.
