Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and prevent cost leakages between proposed, approved, and actual freight costs.
• Conduct lane-level profitability and cost variance analysis.
• Perform service-level analysis (on-time reporting, route adherence, delivery SLAs).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and MIS reports for weekly and monthly reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance, Vendor Management, and Ops to validate vendor payments.
• Support process automation and data integrity across Fleet Ops systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Fleet Operations team as a Associate - Business Analysis.

The role involves cost governance, service performance tracking, and operational data analysis for Delhivery's end-to-end logistics business (FTL/PTL/Last Mile). The candidate will work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure zero cost leakages, accurate cost vs. proposal reconciliation, and high service compliance across lanes and vendors.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Track and analyze freight and fleet costs across regions and service lines (FTL/PTL/Last Mile).
