Msys Softsol in India seeks an experienced Business Analyst with Salesforce knowledge to drive Accounts Payable improvements. You will map invoice workflows, define touchless processing rules, and explore Agentic AI to automate AP operations.

Collaborating with Finance, AP Operations, and Salesforce teams, you will translate business needs into BRDs, user stories, and process diagrams, support UAT, track defects, and help implement efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and invoice workflows.
• Experience with touchless invoice processing rules and automation.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI applications in AP.
• Excellent requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and communication.
• Experience with Agile, user stories, and UAT.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Accounts Payable processes and Salesforce-based solutions.
• Understand and map end-to-end invoice processing workflows, including invoice receipt, validation, approval, exception handling, and payment processing.
• Define and support touchless invoice processing rules to improve automation and reduce manual intervention.
• Identify opportunities to apply Agentic AI and AI-driven automation to AP processes, including invoice validation, exception resolution, and approval routing.
• Work closely with Finance, AP Operations, Salesforce development, and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Coordinate UAT, validate business scenarios, track defects, and support implementation and process improvements.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and improve invoice processing efficiency and accuracy.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Salesforce knowledge and strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes. The candidate should have experience in invoice processing workflows, touchless invoice processing rules, and the application of Agentic AI to automate and optimize Accounts Payable operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AP automation, intelligent document processing (IDP), OCR-based invoice extraction, and workflow automation.
• Exposure to AI agents, GenAI, and finance process transformation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with finance or ERP applications.
