The selected candidates will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Sales, and customers to understand business requirements, document solutions, and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gather and understand customer business requirements.
• Assist in requirement analysis and documentation.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and workflow documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and requirement gathering sessions.
• Coordinate with technical teams for solution implementation.
• Prepare project reports and presentation materials.
• Support testing, UAT, and documentation activities.
• Learn Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation solutions.
