Job summary

Velocity Software Solutions in India is seeking a fresher-friendly Business Analyst role where the initial 3 months will be an internship with a stipend of 10,000 fixed plus up to 10,000 variable monthly; after successful completion, CTC ranges from 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA depending on performance.

Bond:2 Years

Compensation & Conversion:

• For Freshers: The initial 3 months will be an internship.
• Stipend:10,000 (Fixed) +Up to 10,000 Variable per monthThe variable component will be paid after successful completion of the internship.
• After successful completion of the internship: CTC: 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA, depending on performance

Note: This role also includes the Software Testing job function. You will work closely with the product, development, and QA teams to understand business requirements, test applications, and help ensure smooth product delivery.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to gather and document requirements
• Assist in preparing BRD, FRD, and SRS documents
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Support project planning, documentation, and process improvement
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

Software Testing Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test cases
• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, UI, system)
• Identify, log, and track bugs until closure
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Analyze logs and application behavior to identify issues
