SYMB Technologies is seeking a motivated Fresher Business Analyst to join our team. You will support cross-functional teams in understanding client needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring project alignment as we drive value through process improvements.

This entry-level role offers growth in business analysis and technology, with exposure to clients across industries and hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Figma, Trello, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E / MBA from a recognized university.
• Minimum 60% aggregate marks required.
• 1–2 years experience in business analysis, client communication, or IT systems is welcome.
• Exposure to MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & CRM or documentation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Participate in internal and client meetings to understand project objectives.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Create wireframes, process flows, and functional specifications using tools like Figma.
• Support in preparing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Log and track bugs or enhancement requests in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Mentis.
• Help monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Share regular updates with stakeholders and support project reporting.
