Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis – Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Preparation of Functional and System Requirement Specifications, User Guides, Business Cases, and Training Material.
2. Assist presales – Respond to RFPs, create prototypes, and participate in POCs.
3. Sales Support – Assist in preparing sales collateral.
4. Communication – Act as an interface between the customer and the development team, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
