Job summary

Unistanz Software in Mumbai is seeking a Business Analyst with 2-6 years of experience in Life Asia or Group Asia and a Life Insurance domain background. You will gather requirements, prepare BRD/FRD and help with product launches and implementations.

Responsibilities include UAT testing, test scenario design, defect coordination, and strong coordination of stakeholders. Knowledge of ULIP plans and insurance calculations is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in Life Asia or Group Asia
• Life Insurance domain knowledge is mandatory
• Experience drafting BRD and FRD and gathering requirements
• UAT testing experience with test scenarios and defect coordination
• Strong stakeholder management and team coordination
• Knowledge of insurance calculations including ULIPs

• Requirement gathering and analysis with business stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, FRD and functional documentation.
• Handle Life Insurance product launch and product implementation.
• Work on UAT testing, test scenarios, and defect coordination.
• Manage stakeholders and lead/coordinate the team.
• Good understanding of insurance calculations including Premium, Surrender, Maturity, Claims, Bonus and Annuity.
• Worked on ULIP Plans and Life Insurance processes.
