Job summary

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, business process analysis, and software testing/QA activities, with close collaboration across the project lifecycle in an on-site Pune setting.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) who can also contribute to QA/QC activities within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong client communication skills, experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and software testing/quality assurance. Candidates with prior experience in the Health Insurance / Healthcare domain will be highly preferred.

This role requires close coordination with clients, internal development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis Responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients to understand business requirements and expectations.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare and maintain:
• Analyze business workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for the technical team.
• Coordinate with development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in project planning, sprint discussions, and client demos.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation.

QA/QC Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure timely bug resolution.
• Ensure overall product quality and compliance with project standards.
• Support release validation and production verification activities.

Client Communication Responsibilities

• Act as a primary communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Conduct requirement clarification calls and status discussions.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain professional client relationships.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and issue escalations effectively.
• Participate in client presentations, demos, and solution discussions.
