About The Role

Job Title: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Business Acumen & Requirements Elicitation: Strong ability to analyse end-to-end business processes, gather and manage requirements effectively, and translate high-level business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for data product implementation.
• Stakeholder Management & Alignment: Proven experience in facilitating communication across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of solutions with stakeholder expectations and objectives.
• Data Expertise: Proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis and querying, solid understanding of data modelling concepts, and strong attention to detail to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Documentation: Experience creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation, including Markdown (MD) files.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and partnership skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams throughout the data product lifecycle.
