Albetech Software Solutions LLP in Kerala seeks an experienced Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into clear system specs and enabling delivery across SDLC and Agile projects.

The role requires 5+ years in BA, strong stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with SDLC, Agile, process modeling, and use cases. In-person work in Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram; Master’s degree and CBAP/CCBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis roles.

• Experience with large-scale enterprise IT projects.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. The role involves close interaction with stakeholders and project teams to ensure clear translation of business needs into system requirements, while supporting delivery across SDLC and Agile-based projects

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application, Information Technology or allied discipline, or MCA, or M.Sc. Computer Science.

Certification

• CBAP, CCBA or equivalent.

General Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis roles.
