Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements and prepare BRD/FSD documents.
• Create workflows, scenarios, use cases, and wireframes.
• Support scope definition, solution implementation, and requirement conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, clients, and managers for smooth project execution.
• Participate in System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify and report risks, issues, dependencies, and potential gaps proactively.
• Perform basic database-related activities such as managing queues and external variables.
• Present ideas, findings, and recommendations effectively.
