• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven root-cause analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across business and tech teams.
• Exposure to AI-enabled product development, prototyping, or solution design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Analyst/Product Owner for one or more business-critical apps.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Analyze processes and data to identify opportunities, root causes, and solutions.
• Manage product roadmaps, sprint planning, estimation, and backlog prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements and modernization.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and end-to-end product delivery.
• Build stakeholder relationships and provide clear communications.
• Champion AI-driven innovation to improve outcomes and product effectiveness.
