Job summary

Vira AI : Agentic AI for HR and L&D in India is seeking a Research & Data Analytics professional to work on higher and professional education data, combine sources, and produce analytical reports and insights for product decisions.

You will apply statistics, build data models, and ensure accuracy across datasets while collaborating with product and business teams. The role requires MBA and 2+ years of experience in research or analytics.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, R, and Python
• Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
• Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing
• Knowledge of data visualisation software like Tableau, Qlik & Power BI
• Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions
