Job summary

Bridgexcel in Gurugram (India) is seeking a Business Analytics specialist to analyze and optimize processes, build Power BI dashboards, and write SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.

You will drive insights for management, monitor lending KPIs, and automate ETL using Python; fintech/NBFC experience preferred. Fluent English required; Mathematics/Quantitative degree is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Mathematics/Technical/Quantitative background.
• 57 years of experience in Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, databases/data warehouses, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Lending, or Financial Services.
• Payday Loan / Short-Term Lending experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
