Qualifications

• Finance or procurement domain knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS services in enterprise modernization and data integration.

Job Overview And Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Enterprise team. This role will be responsible for working on business analysis project tasks with application development teams. This role will also be responsible for supporting Application Development teams on following Agile practices- writing, refining and prioritizing user stories and leading the delivery efforts.

• Translates high level requirements into detailed level user stories to be consumed by the development pods in each sprint, while ensuring stories and features are added iteratively to the product to add overall value
• Facilitates meetings and presentations to ensure alignment on project scope, requirements, and impact analysis findings
• Facilitates agile ceremonies such as kick off, iteration, estimation sessions and help to keep team up to date with changes in priorities and to be available to answer questions quickly
• Collaborate with Business partners, Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps and other stake holders to ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Drives knowledge base initiatives as Training programs, as documentation of knowledge articles and end user training
• Drives efforts for production incident identification, workaround, and remediation

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of Industry experience as Business analyst.
• Excellent communicator with outstanding analytical skills in order to collaborate with business users, technology teams and leadership in an Agile environment.
• Hands‑on experience in Jira/ADO.
• Strong problem‑solving, listening, written and verbal communication and decision‑making skills
• Domain expertise and relevant experience in Finance processes is preferred
• Demonstrated use of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Visio
• Strong understanding of business analysis practices, agile delivery frameworks, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with AWS services, especially in the context of enterprise system modernization and data integration.
