Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Engineering, Science, Aviation related background preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience in data querying and manipulation.
• Very strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in querying using SQL and relational databases such as Teradata SQL assistant, Microsoft SQL server, or Oracle.
• SQL Developer experience.
• Detail-oriented, thorough and analytical with a desire for continuous improvements.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of interview required.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ad-hoc decision support and analytics projects.
• Gather and organize data from various sources using SQL/Python/R.
• Create, modify and automate reports and dashboards; communicate insights to decision makers using data visualization tools such as Spotfire.
• Perform statistical analyses including loyalty/customer engagement and marketing promotions analytics; build descriptive & predictive models using SQL, R, Python, and SAS.

Assist in ad-hoc decision support, analytics projects, and scenario analyses We are seeking creative, driven and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy tackling tough problems with data and insights.

As an Associate Analyst, you will complete data analytics projects that create customer strategies, sustainable revenue and share growth, efficiencies and cost savings.

• Assist in ad-hoc decision support, analytics projects, and scenario analyses
• Gather and organize data from various sources using SQL/Python/R
• Create, modify and automate reports and dashboards take ownership of reporting structure and metrics, clearly and effectively communicating relevant information to decision makers using data visualization tools such as TIBCO Spotfire
• Perform statistical analyses including loyalty customer engagement and marketing promotions analytics, and build descriptive & predictive models using analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, and SAS
