Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA with emphasis on Business Analytics / IT / Operations / Strategy preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (AI/Data/IT projects preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in requirements gathering and BRD/FRD documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Collaborate with technical teams (AI/ML, data engineering) to define solution approaches
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
• Prepare business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making
• Support implementation and testing of AI solutions
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications
