The opportunity:
The Business Analyst – CPQ is a senior expert responsible for driving optimization andcontinuous improvement of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and systems. Leveragingextensive consultancy and domain experience, you will analyze complex business requirements,architect scalable CPQ solutions, and ensure seamless integration across sales, product, pricing,and IT teams. Your leadership will drive strategic decision-making, business transformation, andoperational excellence.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Analyze, document, and streamline current CPQ processes to improve eĈciency,accuracy, and scalability. Identify business gaps and propose transformative processimprovements.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to elicit, define, and prioritize businessrequirements. Translate complex business needs into robust functional specifications.Work with IT and development teams to design scalable and future-ready CPQ solutions.
- Lead development and execution of comprehensive test cases to validate CPQconfigurations and workflows. Ensure solutions meet strategic business objectives andcompliance standards.
- Partner with sales, pricing, product management, and IT to ensure alignment in CPQstrategy and execution. Influence and guide teams through data-driven insights and bestpractices.
- Monitor CPQ system performance and user feedback. Ensure integrity and accuracy ofproduct, pricing, and customer data within the CPQ system. Maintain adherence tointernal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ issues. Provide expert guidance, ensuringseamless operations for end-users.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials. Conducttraining sessions for new features, enhancements, or system rollouts. Drive improvementinitiatives to enhance usability, speed, and data accuracy.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations,procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like business, IT and engineering. Minimum 5+ yearsof consultancy experience, applying structured methodologies to deliver impactfulbusiness solutions.
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in CPQ, sales operations, pricing, productmanagement, or a closely related functional area.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate and interpret complex data structures.Extensive experience in costing for Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order(ETO) products, including comprehensive Full Cost Modeling.
- Proven excellence in project management, with success leading multi-stakeholderinitiatives. Technical proficiency in configuration tools and master data managementsystems.
- Hands-on experience with major CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAPCPQ). Demonstrated ability in business process mapping, requirements analysis, anddigital transformation.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate acrosscross-functional teams.
- Background in sales and marketing, with strong commercial acumen. Prior experience inpricing will be considered an asset.
- Technical proficiency in data analysis, system configuration, and CPQ solution design.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
