What You’ll Do

• Gather, document, and analyze client requirements to ensure alignment with publishing workflows and project objectives.
• Collaborate with editorial, production, technology, and quality teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or workflow enhancements in publishing operations.
• Work with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables for publishing projects.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements.
• Support implementation of new tools, systems, or workflow enhancements and provide training/documentation where required.
