Qualifications

• MBA (Finance preferred).
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with financial institutions, fund houses, NBFCs or PE/VC firms.
• Hands-on fund-raise deck preparation and financial modeling.
• Attention to detail with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive research on companies, industries, projects and market trends.
• Prepare end-to-end PowerPoint presentations including investor decks and fund-raise collaterals.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for debt and equity fund-raising.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flows and projections.
• Convert data and analysis into clear, compelling presentations.
• Support senior stakeholders during discussions with investors, lenders and fund houses.
• Assist in due diligence, information memorandums and investor documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality of all financial data and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive research on companies, industries, projects, and market trends
